roll out the puff pastery and spread a thin layer of tomato puree and garlic paste on it leaving about an inch gap around the edges.
slice the peppers, tomatos and mushrooms and starting with the peppers lay them out on the pastery, layering the mushrooms on top and then the tomatos and finaly layer the sliced chorizo on top. slice the mozzarella and place it randomly on top and finally add some grated chedder if you wish. pop in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 mins and there you have it lovley puff pastery with veg and chorizzo. enjoy!
