Yummy Hash

corn beef hash



  • 1 tin corn beef
  • 2 tins chopped toms
  • 1 onion
  • potatoes
  • salt & pepper
  • grated cheese (optional)


peel, boil & mash spuds

slice corn beef & place in bottom of roasting dish

place toms ontop with seasoning

cover with mash

sprinkle cheese ontop

place in oven (gas 6) till golden ontop
