Step 1:

  • Oven: 180*C or Gas 4
  • Step 2:

  • Step 3:

  • *mix butter and sugars
  • Step 4:

  • *add egg, vanilla, choc chips/chopped nuts
  • Step 5:

  • *then mix in flour & salt
  • Step 6:

  • *consistency should be half way between doughy and sloppy
  • Step 7:

  • *put blobs onto baking sheet and into oven
  • Step 8:

  • *should take about 7mins.. or longer, depending on how big your blobs were
  • Step 9:

  • *cookies are sloppy when first taken out of the oven, then they harden when cooling, these are tasty eaten about 10mins after taken out of the oven usually 🙂

  • if you have mixture left over, just put cling film around it in the fridge and cook it the next day… you could probably even freeze it. another thing you could do is thaw some icecream a bit and mix in blobs of refrigerated cookie dough, put it back in the freezer and tadaa cookie dough ice cream!
