1) preheat the oven to 160c.
2) mash the bananas in a bowl.
3) sieve the s.R flour into a separate bowl.
4) in another bowl cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
5) beat the eggs together.
6) put all mixtures into the bowl with the s.R flour in and whisk together.
7) add the vanilla extract.
8) bake for an hour.
