Cook the chicken in the oven in tin foil at around 190 degree celsius for 30 minutes.
Whilst this is cooking boil the rice according to instructions on the packet.
When the chicken is done, cut it up into mouth sized bits.
Put a frying pan on with a bit of oil, when the oil is hot add the rice, chicken and peas and fry for a minute or two.
Then make a well in the rice and add the egg to the middle of the pan, let it cook a little bit for about 10-15secs, then stir it in.
Finally before you serve it, add the sweet chilli sauce to your taste.
