Club Sandwich

perfect quick meal for 1



  • 3 slices bread
  • 3 tbsp mayo
  • Cooked chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 small tomato, sliced thinly
  • 4 rashers cooked bacon
  • lettuce
  • crisps or chips, to serve


Toast your bread and then spread each slice on 1 side with a tbsp mayo

Put the chicken on one slice and top with another slice

Put the tomato slices on top of that, then the bacon and lettuce

Top with the last slice of bread

Cut into four triangles and shove a cocktail stick in each triangle.

Enjoy with a side of crisps or chips
