Boil the rice in a pot with 2 parts salt water to 1 part rice.
boil until almost all the water is gone (try to avoid sticking).
add a smal amount of oil. (half a teaspoon maybe, if even that much)
fry the rice lightly, then while mixing add an egg.
mix up well.
add curry powder to your taste.
feeling adventurous? Melt cheese over it.
