Peel potatoes and cut into wedge shaped chunks.
boil for 8-10 minutes in heavily salted water.
pre-heat the oven to 200c
drain and place in a mixing bowl. Liberally add all the seasoning, and lots of hot sauce if you're using it. Mix like crazy till the wedges are coated.
spray a baking tray with oil, spread the wedges onto it, and spray again with oil.
cook for 30 mins.
serve with loads of cheese piled on top.
***to make the honey mustard dip***
2 big spoons of honey
2 big spoons of mustard
loads of mayonaise
mix together in a bowl, and serve as a dip for your wedges.
