Eggs Benedict

Ingredients

  • Http://studentrecipes.Com/recipes/quick-food/cheats-hollandaise-sauce/ (for the hollandaise sauce)
  • 2 poached eggs (use a microwave egg poacher)
  • 2 slices of ham - try to use thick slices and not wafer thin
  • 1 english muffin, halved, buttered & toasted

Method

Layer the ham onto both halves of the toasted muffin, then the poached eggs on each half

dollop the hollandaise sauce ontop and serve with a sprinkle of pepper.
