Toast your bread.
Throw it all together :)
This is even better on hot buttered crumpets.
I've been eating these since I was a little girl in Trinidad. Jam, jelly or orange marmalade on fresh hops bread, bake (also a type of homemade bread) or fresh loaf. It's delicious!
Completely agree! Except: We always use cheeze wiz with jam on toast. Or peanut butter, jam and bologna on toast (either sandwich or open face)
I might use with my school foods class, combined with something else...
Learned it from my Dutch great grandmother and I've eaten it and shared with others since 1990!
