Take mirchi powder ,salt ,haldi mix them well .
noww breake the 2 eggs and pour the egg juice in a bowl
now mix the mixture that is made at first in egg juice
noww take a pan & pour oil in it heat it for some time as u do for omlet
now pour the juice in to the pan
before only u must wash vegetables add the garam masala to cutted & peiced vegetables
when u pour the juice in pan immidiately were these vegetables on the juice of egg
now add / sprinkle the garam masala on it
u do up side down do not put the lid.Now off the stove & serves for 1
