1/ Get your egg and beat it with a fork till froffy/bubbley/furry (you get what i mean)
2/ get your dates and take out the seed and cut into 4 peices and add them to your egg and mix till dates spreaded out.
3/ turn the cooker on middle heat and put your oli in your pan.
4/get your tomato/paste and put them in the the pan
5/put in your egg and and date mixture in.
5/ eat with or without bread
