1. Turn on grill
2.Smear pita bread with tomato purée
3. Grate enough cheese to cover pita bread and place it on top of the purée side
4. Sprinkle some herbs on, go on go wild with them!!
5. Place under grill
6. Watch carefully, it only needs enough time to melt the cheese
to make this more substantial add some different toppings like cooked bacon, ham and pineapple, mushrooms, the world is your oyster! And i guarantee this will be quicker than a take away :)
