cut the tomatoes in half ...or slices if you use normal tomatoes
put oil in a frying pan and heat up
put tomatoes flat bit down in the pan and salt and pepp and cook till brown, then squish the back of the tomatoes with a fork so all the gooey bits come out and add the reggae reggae sauce and stir
put the tomato stuff on the toast
put the cheese and other stuff if you want it on top and put under the grill cook till cheese is bubbly and eat!
