1. Put the butter and raspberries in the mug and heat in the microwave until the butter is melted and the raspberries are puréed
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat well (if the mixture isn't thick enough then add a bit more flour)
3. Heat in the microwave (800w took around 1 minute)- you may need to stop it a few times and then restart it to stop it overflowing
Quick, easy and beautifully moist. A family favourite.
