Softest And Easiest Cake In A Cup

It is the best recipe i have ever tried for a cake in a cup

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of castor sugar (you can also use normal sugar and grind it first making it like castor sugar)
  • 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 egg
  • vanilla essence (a tiny drop)

Method

1. Mix castor sugar, all purpose floue, egg, oil in a mixer or blender and make a smooth paste or batter.

2. Pour this in a cup

3. Put it in microwave for 2.30 min

4. After 2.30 min check the cake by inserting a toothpick in it . If it comes out clean the cake is done ... If not then an additional 30 sec

    Thanku qamar for trying it.. Yes you can use baking powder as it helps the cake to swell up fast i just didnt had baking powder at that time ^_^

    Love this recipe ridz! I made my first cake with the help of this recipe but i preferred adding half tablespoon baking powder.

    I have not yet tried it with choco but you can try adding 2 tbsp of coco without reducing flour

    If you want to make this chocolatey how much coco powder should you out in and should you remove some flour?
