Finely chop the onion, and saute until brown and caramalised.
Finley chop Jalapenos and Chillis and saute on a medium heat for 10 minutes.
Mix the sugar, vinegar, celery seeds, salt and pepper. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
Add onions, chillis and jalapenos.
Finally, add tomoatoes and mix thouroughly. Place in a jar and keep in the fridge.
