Steamed White Wine Chicken

Quick and easy



  • 1 chicken breast
  • half red chilli
  • half green chilli
  • 4 spring onion diced
  • 1 carrott diced
  • 4 tbsp dry white wine


Prepare your red and green chillies, spring onion and carrott. Place your chicken breast in the centre of some foil, place your ingrediants on top and around the chicken, add your white wine covering all. Fold foil and place in the oven for about 30-40 miuntes. when done plate up using the sauce from the chicken in the foil to cover your steamed chicken. You can have potatoes, noodles, rice with this dish
