Sweet And Sticky Pork

Sweet and Spicy



  • Pork chops/Gammon/Chicken, whichever you prefer
  • chinese 5 spice powder
  • Honey
  • Sweet chilli sauce
  • soy sauce
  • marmalade/orange juice
  • use equal amounts of each ingerdiant, but taste as you go and add more or less to your liking


coat your chosen meat with the chinese 5 spice

cook meat in a frying pan, try not to use too much oil, spray oil is ideal

when cooked add honey, chilli sauce, soy sauce and marmalade and cook until the sauce becomes reduced and sticky

put meat on to a plate then pour the excess sauce on top

serve with jackets or chips
