Tuna Melt

Published Saturday, 18 May, 2013 by Anonymous

Quick and yummy

  • 2 pieces of bread
  • 1 small can or tuna fish
  • 1 stalk of celery (if you want)
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • mayonnaise

Take the bread and put it in a toaster oven or broiler until it's medium toasted. Then drain the tuna, and mix it with mayo and cut up celery. Put the tuna on the toast, then put a layer of cheese on top of that. Last, put the whole thing back in the toaster or oven just until the cheese melts. This is a really great meal if you need something quick and easy but still tastes good. Enjoy!

Better than subway! I had no celery so added some iceberg crunchy lettuce instead :)
