Step 3: ~ whizz till well mixed put into a bowl and stir in the remaining corn. Step 4: ~ heat a little oil into a frying pan over a medium high heat. Step 5: ~ when hot drop in 2tbsps of the corn mixture per cake to form small patties cook for one minute on each side Step 6: ~ put the cooked cakes on a baking tray covered with kitchen paper and keep warm in the oven while you continue.
