Step 1: preheat oven to 200f/gas mark 6
Step 2: Fry the onion in the oil until soft. Put into oven dish with the corned beef, spaghetti hoops, soy sauce and chopped tomatoes.
Step 3: Mix until well combined.
Step 4: Crush the crisps into a bowl, stir in the cheese and sprinkle evenly over the corned beef mix.
Step 5: Cook, uncovered, for 25-30 mins until the cheese topping is golden brown and bubbling.
Step 6: Serve with jacket potatoes and veg of your choice.
Step 7: All the ingrediants are available in supermarket’s value ranges, making this a cheap and cheerful meal for four, or two if you use small tins.
