STEP 1:
preheat oven to 200f/gas mark 6

Fry the onion in the oil until soft. Put into oven dish with the corned beef, spaghetti hoops, soy sauce and chopped tomatoes.
STEP 3:
Mix until well combined.

Crush the crisps into a bowl, stir in the cheese and sprinkle evenly over the corned beef mix.
STEP 5:
Cook, uncovered, for 25-30 mins until the cheese topping is golden brown and bubbling.
