Step 1:

  • preheat oven to 200f/gas mark 6
  • Step 2:

  • Fry the onion in the oil until soft. Put into oven dish with the corned beef, spaghetti hoops, soy sauce and chopped tomatoes.
  • Step 3:

  • Mix until well combined.
  • Step 4:

  • Crush the crisps into a bowl, stir in the cheese and sprinkle evenly over the corned beef mix.
  • Step 5:

  • Cook, uncovered, for 25-30 mins until the cheese topping is golden brown and bubbling.
  • Step 6:

  • Serve with jacket potatoes and veg of your choice.
  • Step 7:

  • All the ingrediants are available in supermarket’s value ranges, making this a cheap and cheerful meal for four, or two if you use small tins.
