Corned Beef Hash Very cheap and tasty By Guest Contributor January 1, 2008 Beef Preparation Time Cook Time Servings0IngredientsChilled tin of corned beef (easier for slicing if chilled first)Sliced onionsThinly sliced potatoesBeef stock cubesInstructions Step 1: Layer Slices of corned beef, onion and potato in a cassarole dish, repeat layers and end with potatoes. Step 2: Step 3: Dissolve stock 2 stock cubes in about half pint of water. Step 4: Step 5: Pour over potatoes. Step 6: Step 7: Cover with a lid or foil Step 8: Step 9: Bake for an hour or so until potatoes are tender. Step 10: Step 11: Take off foil and dot bits of butter or marg over top and bake for another 20 mins or so.
