Step 2: Step 3: Dissolve stock 2 stock cubes in about half pint of water. Step 4: Step 5: Pour over potatoes. Step 6: Step 7: Cover with a lid or foil Step 8: Step 9: Bake for an hour or so until potatoes are tender. Step 10: Step 11: Take off foil and dot bits of butter or marg over top and bake for another 20 mins or so.
