Step 2: Dice vegetables into small chunks – or slightly larger for more crunch. Mix into the cous cous after 5-10 minutes and serve! Step 3: If you have any other vegetables that you like, add them too! Or try adding a dash of tobasco sauce if you like a bit of spice. Step 4: This is great as a quick lunch, or part of a main meal.
