Step 1:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Step 2:
Cut a pocket inside the middle of the chicken, careful not to cut through to the other side. Step 3:
Fill with a tablespoon of cream cheese. Step 4:
Place a basil leaf on top of cream cheese in each chicken breast. Step 5:
Lay 2 slices of parma ham out together, and carefully place a chicken breast in the middle of each bit of ham. Step 6:
Wrap the chicken with the parma ham (you can secure with a toothpick if necessary) Step 7:
Place chicken onto the middle of a lightly oiled baking tray, and season with pepper (salt not needed as the parma ham is salty) Step 8:
Bake in the middle of the hot oven for about 18 minutes. Remove toothpicks if used.
