Step 1:

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  • Step 2:

  • Cut a pocket inside the middle of the chicken, careful not to cut through to the other side.
  • Step 3:

  • Fill with a tablespoon of cream cheese.
  • Step 4:

  • Place a basil leaf on top of cream cheese in each chicken breast.
  • Step 5:

  • Lay 2 slices of parma ham out together, and carefully place a chicken breast in the middle of each bit of ham.
  • Step 6:

  • Wrap the chicken with the parma ham (you can secure with a toothpick if necessary)
  • Step 7:

  • Place chicken onto the middle of a lightly oiled baking tray, and season with pepper (salt not needed as the parma ham is salty)
  • Step 8:

  • Bake in the middle of the hot oven for about 18 minutes. Remove toothpicks if used.
  • Step 9:

  • Serve and enjoy!
