Step 1:

  • Cook the pasta as you normally would then seive away the water, put the pasta back in the pan on a low heat and quickly stir in some cheddar cheese and a dash of milk until you get a creamy consistency. When there is no cheese left to melt, take of the heat and add a dolop of sour cream and stir quickly.. finally add one squirt of bbq sauce and stir in. You should be left with a creamy consistency. add more bbq sauce if you want a richer taste
