Step 1:
Slice three chicken breasts into pieces/strips, Step 2:
Marinate chicken pieces in a bowl with olive owl/black pepper and 2 Tbsp cajun seasoningStep 3:
Fry the chicken in pan at medium heat for 15 minutes, add peppers to pan and continue to cook until chicken is almost goldenStep 4:
Add more pepper and cajun spices to tasteStep 5:
Add 200ml chicken stock and reduce, add half a cup of heavy cream. Wait till the sauce thickens Step 6:
Serve with cooked pasta and a sprinkle of Parmesan
