Step 1:

  • Slice three chicken breasts into pieces/strips,
  • Step 2:

  • Marinate chicken pieces in a bowl with olive owl/black pepper and 2 Tbsp cajun seasoning
  • Step 3:

  • Fry the chicken in pan at medium heat for 15 minutes, add peppers to pan and continue to cook until chicken is almost golden
  • Step 4:

  • Add more pepper and cajun spices to taste
  • Step 5:

  • Add 200ml chicken stock and reduce, add half a cup of heavy cream. Wait till the sauce thickens
  • Step 6:

  • Serve with cooked pasta and a sprinkle of Parmesan
