Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta
Easy and quick creamy cajun chicken pasta!
Slice three chicken breasts into pieces/strips,
Marinate chicken pieces in a bowl with olive owl/black pepper and 2 Tbsp cajun seasoning
Fry the chicken in pan at medium heat for 15 minutes, add peppers to pan and continue to cook until chicken is almost golden
Add more pepper and cajun spices to taste
Add 200ml chicken stock and reduce, add half a cup of heavy cream. Wait till the sauce thickens
Serve with cooked pasta and a sprinkle of Parmesan
