Grate or Slice plenty of cheese, any cheese you prefer red leicester or a mature cheddar are nice.

Put some water in a saucepan and bring to the boil with a pinch of salt.

Once the Water has reached boiling point add the pasta of your choice and cook until soft.

Drain the Pasta and put into a bowl,

Meanwhile pour some cream double or single into your pan put onto a low heat and add all of your cheese, keep stirring until the cheese has melted and add to your cooked pasta!!
