Creamy chicken



Step 1:

  • Slice chicken breast in half along the length, but do not cut right through – should open like a book
  • Step 2:

  • Season with salt/pepper
  • Step 3:

  • If using plain cheese spread, add herbs and mix together, then spread onto the chicken breast whilst it is open. Close the chicken breast so that the cheese spread/herbs are in the middle.
  • Step 4:

  • Sprinkle with breadcrumbs/grated cheese.
  • Step 5:

  • Bake in oven 180C for half an hour or until cooked (depends on size of chicken breast)
