STEP 1:

Slice chicken breast in half along the length, but do not cut right through – should open like a book
STEP 2:

salt
Season with salt/pepper
STEP 3:

herbs
If using plain cheese spread, add herbs and mix together, then spread onto the chicken breast whilst it is open. Close the chicken breast so that the cheese spread/herbs are in the middle.
STEP 4:

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs/grated cheese.
STEP 5:

Bake in oven 180C for half an hour or until cooked (depends on size of chicken breast)
