Creamy Garlic Shrimp

A creamy tasty shrimp appetizer!

Ingredients
- For 1 serving:
- shrimp (frozen, 100g)
- butter (10g)
- garlic (1 clove)
- milk (1/3 cup)
- flour
- veggie stock (3 tbsp, low sodium is best)
- olive oil
- optional:
- white wine
- green onion
- black pepper
Instructions
For the sauce
-heat butter in a sauce pan and throw in half chopped garlic till it’s golden
-add flour, stir, then slowly add milk and stock while stirring
for the shrimp (defrosted)
-heat olive oil in a skillet, add remaining garlic and shrimp, add white wine (optional) and let it simmer off and cook shrimps in until seared.
serve shrimps on a bed of garlic sauce and if you want, ganish with green onion and black pepper!
