Step 2: -heat butter in a sauce pan and throw in half chopped garlic till it’s golden
Step 3: -add flour, stir, then slowly add milk and stock while stirring
Step 5: for the shrimp (defrosted)
Step 6: -heat olive oil in a skillet, add remaining garlic and shrimp, add white wine (optional) and let it simmer off and cook shrimps in until seared.
Step 8: serve shrimps on a bed of garlic sauce and if you want, ganish with green onion and black pepper!
