They will cook quicker 🙂Instructions Step 1: -peel the potatoes Step 2: -place in a saucepan with hot water and some salt, cook until soft Step 3: -remove them from the water, and mash with as much butter, milk, cream and oregano as you like Step 4: -pop in the oven for a few minutes to roast the top, or serve straight away.
