Sweet potatoes (1 or 2, depending on how much mash you want)

milk

cream

butter

oregano

i find sweet potatoes difficult to cut when first peeled, so when they’re starting to go soft in the pan, get a knife and cut them in half. They will cook quicker 🙂

Instructions

Step 1:

-peel the potatoes

Step 2:

-place in a saucepan with hot water and some salt, cook until soft

Step 3:

-remove them from the water, and mash with as much butter, milk, cream and oregano as you like

Step 4:

-pop in the oven for a few minutes to roast the top, or serve straight away.
