Step 1:

  • Boil pasta and set to one side,
  • Step 2:

  • Cut the bacon into thin slices, and fry until golden in the butter. Add the frozen peas and warm through.
  • Step 3:

  • Add the creme fraiche, stir through until warm.
  • Step 4:

  • Add the pasta to the frying pan and add the mint and grated cheese. Keep it on the heat for a couple of minutes (add some milk if sauce is too thick)
  • Step 5:

  • Nice with a side salad.
