Ingredients

  • About 200g of mushrooms
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 25g of grated cheese
  • large dollop of creme fraiche
  • garlic clove
  • small red onion
  • 100g spinach

Instructions

  1. 1. Chop the tomatoes, onion and garlic. Slice the mushrooms.

  2. 2. Heat the pan on high and then cook the onion for 1 minute. Add the garlic and the mushrooms cook until the mushrooms are soft.

  3. 3. Add the tomatoes and spinach. Stir it all together.

  4. 4. Stir in the creme fraiche and cheese.

  5. 5. Serve on toast
