Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Optional: celery sticks and ranch dressing for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Gradually add the water to create a smooth batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off, and then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the coated cauliflower for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss them in buffalo sauce mixed with olive oil until fully coated.
- Return the sauced cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with celery sticks and ranch dressing on the side, if desired.
