Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Optional: celery sticks and ranch dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Gradually add the water to create a smooth batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off, and then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake the coated cauliflower for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss them in buffalo sauce mixed with olive oil until fully coated.
  6. Return the sauced cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with celery sticks and ranch dressing on the side, if desired.
