Step 1: Slice okra (ladyfingers) in to long vertical strips.
Step 2: in a bowl add gram flour, redd chilli powder, chaat masala, cumin powder and salt and mix well.
Step 3: add adequate amount of water to make clear paste.
Step 4: drop the okra (ladyfinger) slices into the mixture.
Step 5: carefully pick up one strip at a time and put in hot oil and deep fry on medium heat till golden and crisp.
Step 6: drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
