Step 1:

  • Slice okra (ladyfingers) in to long vertical strips.
  • Step 2:

  • in a bowl add gram flour, redd chilli powder, chaat masala, cumin powder and salt and mix well.
  • Step 3:

  • add adequate amount of water to make clear paste.
  • Step 4:

  • drop the okra (ladyfinger) slices into the mixture.
  • Step 5:

  • carefully pick up one strip at a time and put in hot oil and deep fry on medium heat till golden and crisp.
  • Step 6:

  • drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
