Ingredients
- 2 crumpets toasted
- peanut butter to spread ontop of crumpets
- 4 tbsp. Low fat/natural yoghurt (flavoured if you like)
- handful of berries eg. Strawberries,raspberries,blueberries or 1 whole sliced banana
- drizzle of honey or golden syrup
Instructions
Spread the peanut butter ontop of the toasted crumpets
spoon over the yoghurt, then the berries/banana and drizzle over the syrup
