Ingredients

  • 220g self-raising flour
  • 220g caster sugar
  • 220g butter
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Cream together butter and sugar until soft, fluffy and light.

  2. then add the flour and eggs alternatively and gradually. Beating in-between.

  3. make sure the batter mix is very well beaten.

  4. bake until golden/light brown or until a clean tooth pick comes out dry.
