Ingredients
- 1cup thick curd(dahi)
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 sliced tomato
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 tsp chat masala (optional but tastes best)
- 2 pinch black pepper (kali mirch)
- 2 pinch chilly powder/flakes
- cheese slices (optional)
Instructions
Take a bowl add curd + chat masala + chilly flakes + black pepper .Mix them all together .Now take bread slices and spread curd on it . Dip 2 slices of onion and tomato each in curd and arrange on bread slices .Take another bread and spread curd on one side and close your sandwich and fry it .
