Ingredients
- 1 White cabbage thinly sliced
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 2 medium carrots grated
- 3 tbsp mayo
- 3 tbsp yoghurt
- tbsp fresh chives
- 1tbsp curry powder
- 1tsp crushed corriander seeds
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix all the ingrediants together and allow to marinade for a couple of hours before serving.
Just add the mayo and yoghurt to how thick/ thin you like your coleslaw, if you use a green cabbage it will discolour more quickly. If you find that the next day it has gone a runny consistency then pour out the ‘??juice’ and replace with more yoghurt or mayo. It will stay fresh in the fridge for around 4 days.
