Curried Coleslaw

Step 1:

  • Mix all the ingrediants together and allow to marinade for a couple of hours before serving.

  • Just add the mayo and yoghurt to how thick/ thin you like your coleslaw, if you use a green cabbage it will discolour more quickly. If you find that the next day it has gone a runny consistency then pour out the ‘??juice’ and replace with more yoghurt or mayo. It will stay fresh in the fridge for around 4 days.
