Step 1: 1 heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and saute onion till brown and tender.
Step 2: 2 add tomato and peas and cook for 5 mins.
Step 3: 3 add capsicum and saute until tender.
Step 4: 4 add salt and water and bring it to boil.
Step 5: 5 lower flame and add cornflakes while constantly stirring until it thickens.
Step 6: garnish with coriander leaves and cheese to taste, and serve.
