Step 1:

  • Cut the meat into smallish chunks and add to a pan with finely sliced onion, garlic and thyme and brown for 3 minutes.
  • Step 2:

  • Add a pint of water so it just about covers the meat and add a couple of teaspoons of all purpose and three tablespoons of curry powder.
  • Step 3:

  • Leave the soften for a couple of hours so the meat is soft. You can thicken up the sauce by adding a slight bit of flour.

  • Serve with rice with some kidney beans and ENJOY!
