Step 1: 1. Whisk cream and milk together
Step 2: 2. Whisk in cocoa gradually and carefully stir in honey. (don’t worry if it doesn’t quite mix together.)
Step 3: 3. Put in a freezer-proof bowl and freeze for 15 minutes. Take out every 15 minutes and give a quick light stir until ready.
