Ingredients

  • handful chopped dates
  • 4oz demerera sugar
  • 8oz oats
  • 4oz butter
  • 4 good tablespoons golden syrup
  • handful hazelnuts

Instructions

  1. set oven to 180 degrees

  2. melt in a pan the syrup and butter in a pan, once melted put in na bowl along with the dates, sugar + oats

  3. with a nut craker, crack open the hazel nuts and add the contents off the hazelnuts in the bowl

  4. mix all the ingredients well, once mixed get a baking tray and grease with butter

  5. spread themixture evenly on the baking tray and cook in the oven for 20-30mins
