Step 1:

  • set oven to 180 degrees
  • Step 2:

  • melt in a pan the syrup and butter in a pan, once melted put in na bowl along with the dates, sugar + oats
  • Step 3:

  • with a nut craker, crack open the hazel nuts and add the contents off the hazelnuts in the bowl
  • Step 4:

  • mix all the ingredients well, once mixed get a baking tray and grease with butter
  • Step 5:

  • spread themixture evenly on the baking tray and cook in the oven for 20-30mins
