Ingredients

  • No idea how to spell dauphinio so bear with me !
  • you need:
  • Potatoes- 4
  • Cream-single as much as you like (:
  • Bacon/ham -optional-ham works best
  • Cheese- grated
  • Salt+Pepper- for taste
  • ———————————————–
  • Oven dish about the size of a piece of paper- smaller if you like.
  • ——————————————————————————-
  • Extras:
  • Chicken/ pork
  • Vegetables
  • – If you are making a meal out of it –

Instructions

  1. 1. Slice the potatoes into … slices!

  2. ^OPTIONAL:fry bacon for recipe or use ham^

  3. 2. Lay enough of them (slightly over-lapping) to cover the bottom of the dish

  4. 3. Pour some single cream onto them.

  5. 4. Sprinkle some fried bacon/ham onto the bottom layer

  6. ^ Repeat until all of the potato is used up ^

  7. 5. Put into the oven until the potato and cream on top are a bootiful golden brown !

  8. – Time will depend on how much cream you use.

  9. 6. Serve with grated cheese on top
