Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • Cheese
  • Sour cream
  • broccoli

Instructions

  1. Microwave the baking potatoes for a few minutes then cook them in the oven till they’re very soft inside.

  2. Cut the potatoes in half and scoop out the insides into a bowl, mix in the sour cream, grated cheese and tiny pieces of pre-cooked broccoli.

  3. Put the insides back in the skin and cover the top with cheese.

  4. Cook until the cheese is all melted and delicious.
