Ingredients
- – 4 medium sized potatoes

- – cracked black pepper
- – mixed herbs (oregano, basil, etc) italian ones are good.
- – chilli flakes

Peel potatoes and cut into wedge shaped chunks.
boil for 8-10 minutes in heavily salted water.

spray a baking tray with oil, spread the wedges onto it, and spray again with oil.
cook for 30 mins.
serve with loads of cheese piled on top.
