Delicious Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • – 4 medium sized potatoes
  • – garlic granule grinder
  • – sea salt grinder
  • – cracked black pepper
  • – mixed herbs (oregano, basil, etc) italian ones are good.
  • – chilli flakes
  • – oil. Spray oil is good for wedges.
  • – grated cheese
  • – optional hot sauce. I use nando’s piri piri, but any thick hot sauce will do 🙂
  • **optional honey mustard dip**
  • – clear honey
  • – mustard (wholegrain or dijon, i guess any would work)
  • – mayonaise

Instructions

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into wedge shaped chunks.

  2. boil for 8-10 minutes in heavily salted water.

  3. pre-heat the oven to 200c

  4. drain and place in a mixing bowl. Liberally add all the seasoning, and lots of hot sauce if you’re using it. Mix like crazy till the wedges are coated.

  5. spray a baking tray with oil, spread the wedges onto it, and spray again with oil.

  6. cook for 30 mins.

  7. serve with loads of cheese piled on top.

  8. ***to make the honey mustard dip***

  9. 2 big spoons of honey

  10. 2 big spoons of mustard

  11. loads of mayonaise

  12. mix together in a bowl, and serve as a dip for your wedges.
