Ingredients

  • Pastry
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 150g butter
  • 70g icing sugar
  • 1/2 of an egg
  • filling
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 1/2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Pastry

  2. knead all the ingredients until you have a firm dough. Chill for 20minutes.

  3. filling

  4. boil the sugar and water for 5-6min.

  5. let it cool.

  6. meanwhile, take out the dough from the fridge and press the dough into the tart mould.

  7. preheat the oven to 200°c (392°f).

  8. bake the dough for 5-10 minutes.

  9. after the sugar water has completely cooled down, stir the milk and eggs into the sugar water. Sift the mixture

  10. pour the filling into the pastry.

  11. bake for 20-60minutes.
