Amy's Famous Gooey Cocoa Pud

REALLY EASY!

Ingredients

  • 100g butter
  • 100g sugar (any)
  • 2 eggs
  • 75g self raising flour
  • 25g cocoa powder

Method

set your oven for about 160 degrees

Butter and sugar mixed first

add flour and egg

add cocoa powder

cook for 25-27 mins

the outside should be soft and cakey, the middle will be gooey and chocolatey

serve with icecream :)

    Doesnt go gooey in the recomended time. Mine was baked through. >:/
